Shipping:  

  • We ship to the USA - the continental 48 United States .
  • We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Your shipping options and rates are displayed when you check out.
  • Orders are shipped directly from the warehouses of our various suppliers. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location. (“Family Time Memories” Products shipped to California may take a few days longer).
Policies and Returns:
  • All mercandise is guaranteed for 30 days from original date of purchase.
  • We recommend that highly fragile products be opened prior to accepting shipment.
  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns which will be deducted from your product refund check.
  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • You will receive an email from our customer service department informing you of our receipt of your return package. 
  • IMPORTANT: No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • Returns will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: 1) Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items; 2) Items for which manufactures will not accept returns; 3) Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
  • "Family Time Memories" products are NOT eligible for return other than for replacement.

  • Providing Derdenjo Enterprises, LLC with contact information (phone, email, fax number, and mailing address) authorizes Derdenjo Enterprises, LLC to Contact the customer through mailings, email, fax or phone.
  • Derdenjo Enterprises, LLC believes in protecting customer's private information. Derdenjo Enterprises, LLC will not give away, sell, rent or lease customer's personal information to any third party.
